Yoga as remedy

  • Nervous System

    Stress,Insomnia,Short attention span ( lack of concentration ) and poor memory are some of the common experiences of anybody.

    Remedy

    1- The main remedy for this is to do meditation regularly.

    2- Practice SAVASAN at least for 10 minutes twice a day.

    3- Relax in YOGA NIDRA for at least 5 minutes.

    4- PRANAYAM for effective oxygenation of the brain, which increases alertness.

    (1)THYROID :
    Mild hypothyroidism and thyrotoxicosis could be helped if there are not much of biochemical gross changes. Can be benefited by few procedures like:

    Focusing capacity of an individual can be improved and concentration for meditation could also be effective.
