As a teenager accidentally,I happened to come across a book written by Swami Sivananda on the subject "SADHANA", I found it very interesting in the sense I started my pursuit of looking for an opportunity to visit Rishikesh,India.
I happended to see this great "YOGIC SAINT" and philosopher who impressed me immensely by his lovable nature and easy accessibility to fellow men. Slowly I go to learn about yoga and spirituality. So my sojourn on these subjects started to improve my knowledge and I happened to personally posses most of his writings. In fact I had also occasions to correspond by letters which were promptly replied personally by him. Then onwards as I had been frequenting the Ashram during my holidays, I could build my life as a teetotaler in spite of my army surroundings.
Initially Swamiji also gave me mantra Deeksha. So my motivator on yoga was Swamiji and this resulted as a basement for our today's "Yoga Prayaga" institution.
